Brother Pan Wen was born in Jiangsu, China. In 1992, he served as an associate professor and director of the electrical technology research laboratory at Southeast University. He came to Canada in early 2000 and began to actively participate in a Chinese church fellowship in Toronto on the third day. Two months later, he moved to Ottawa for work and believed in the Lord in the Chinese United Church in October 2000. Since 2001, he has been serving in the church council until he came to Boston for work in 2018. He was responsible for Sunday school teaching, evangelism, pastoral care, and leading worship for many years. He also served as the chairman of the church council, the chairman of the church pastor recruitment, etc. Because of the needs of church service, he has studied many theological courses.
Brother Pan has served as the director of electrical and electronic control R&D for years in a Swiss Condair company in Canada. He is currently a senior principle engineer at Bosch Boston. Brother Pan and his ex-wife have a son and a daughter who at present are the director of the IT department and a master's student respectively; in 2015, he married Sister Xu Hongbo and has a son and a daughter.
